celebrate

Inspection was today....apparently one of the supports is rotting from water and termite damage but the sellers are going to pay for that. Other than that, just minor things for us to pay for. Wheeee!

We got the loan papers today, also broke our lease. We are officially homeowners as of February 25th and out of 213 C as of February 28th.

Imagine yourself standing in my living room with the front door hanging open.


Dining room. We are purchasing an asian style black oval dining room table to go in here. My spouse wants to paint it mustard.


Bedroom window.


The breakfast nook. I think we might be putting our old Walmart dining room table in here, or perhaps the cart/stool set we inherited from Jon and Mary when we moved down here. Eventually Mike wants a 50's style diner set in here.


Pretty kitchen :) The green and tan tiles match all of my green dishes and kitchen stuff, yipeee!


The living room, again, Mike thinks it's going to be mustard like the dining room.
