grand tour

First of all, it's not pink, but yes that is bright green trim you are seeing. We will be fixing up the front ASAP with a different color trim, some window flower boxes, and new steps. We are also going to build a walkway and definitely plant some flowers.

Dining room, view from the living room



I guess the pink stuff on the floor is from when they were renovating. Refinished hardwood floors throughout the house. We will be painting the living room/dining room combo some shade of green.

Kitchen/Breakfast nook



Nice shot of the floor, I guess. Kitchen is hard wood, breakfast nook is tile. You can kinda see the pretty windows in there and a little of the wall tiles in the kitchen.

Master Bath



New tiles, tub, and sink. Pretty white cabinets. We will be painting this room deep purple, if Mike finally gives in. He will. The other bathroom is off of the dining room and will double as a laundry room. It will be teal.

Front porch - screened in



UGH, AWFUL. This will be painted white. Like, the first weekend we live there. Almost didn't want the house bc I hate this so much but i can see that painting it white will make it a nice little porch.

Living Room - view from the dining room



Again, the pink stuff on the floor is gone. I love the big windows. This room will be painted the same green as the dining room since together they make one big room.

One of the bedrooms



Can't really tell much from the picture. There are 2 bedrooms, about the same size. Not sure what color ours will be yet, maybe a deep red. The other bedroom will double as an office and will be painted bright blue with lime green accents.

Pics aren't that impressive but the house is really great inside. Outside will just take a little time.

Inspection is Friday, keep your fingers crossed :)
