who have houses in florida. seriously, we could just live in a crap hole up here in Ohio and keep our 'vacation home' in tampa (doesn't matter that it's in the 'hood, does it?) we have had several showings since our price reduction, so it may not come to that.
mike started working today, i am anxious to hear how that goes.
it took us friday and saturday to recover from the multiple nights of no sleep, but we woke up feeling normal yesterday and went to church and to sara's mom's house for a cookout (fun).
i had my doubts about the church at first.....NO NURSERY. "we want to encourage parents to have their children in church with them." well, that's just fine. they may change their minds after a couple of sundays with daniel in their sanctuary. there is a small play area off to the side though, and daniel did ok. and there were other screaming kids in there. and, they're asking for it anyway by not having a nursery. we don't have a whole lot of other choices - in fact, i think there is only one other lcms church in town. strange in a city this size. anyway, other than the nursery situation, this church will probably work out. it is in the neighborhood we hope to live in someday. if our vacation home sells.
