they were supposed to sign by 5:30 today (we gave them some extra time to work out a few issues) and it turns out that they couldn't get the issue resolved. however, they really want to buy and we really want to sell, so i came up with a way that *might* save the deal. they are open to it, want to discuss it with their family, and will get back with us tomorrow (how many times have we heard that!?!?)
who knows how long it could be before we get another offer, and how much MORE we could lose in the process???? i am totally unwilling to let this one go. it is very stressful, but i really think it's going to end up working out, so i'm not too upset about all of the hangups.
