it's going to be another day before we get anything signed. it looks like it is going to happen, they just have the luxury in this market of taking their sweet time about things. (a luxury mike and i did not have when we bought that house).

it's little stuff.....making sure they can get out of their lease, running it by her dad, etc. nothing major.
