2.5 months and $70 later, I now have in my possession a valid Indiana teaching license for the areas of General/Instrumental/Vocal music, English as a New Language, and Primary/Intermediate Elementary Generalist.
There was a slight delay because they had my address wrong.
This is in comparison to Ohio, which took 5 months, hundreds of dollars, and 6 hours of additional testing. Indiana did not renew the initial license I got when I graduated from college, they just started over and gave me a new one, so the fact that I was licensed here first has absolutely nothing to do with how quickly they managed to license me in multiple subject areas.
All I need now is a room full of kids to use my new certificate :)
