went to some open houses today. i guess realtors only do those for the really expensive ones?????? couldn't find anything even close to our range that was open. we drove around the area for hours and saw some cute ones that we will need to ask todd about.
then i came home and found a REALLY cute one online.....online :( i know it's in the area we want but there are good and bad streets there. and it is a
3 br/1.5 bath in our price range....sounds kinda fishy but mike called todd so hopefully we'll be able to see it.
good weekend....stayed home friday night, game night w/K&K last night. no school tomorrow, wheee!
i've taken up online poker. fantastic.
i'm bummed about gasparilla, but it might not be a bad thing....last year i missed all of the nighttime parties bc i was too tired and sunburned from the daytime festivities. this way, i'll get home from my workshop at 3:30, take a nap, and then go out. brilliant.
haven't so much as looked at the checkbook in 3 weeks so probably need to get to that. great habit to get into as future homeowners, right?
